<p>Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation and the rent is due before or on arrival and before any extension of stay. For bookings made in advance, payment is charged at the time of booking.</p>
<p>Credit card fee: MasterCard &amp; VISA: 3.5%, American Express &amp; Diners: 4,5%. There is no fee for debit cards</p>
<p>A pre-authorization of the credit card will be taken and this will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidentals. On move out all keys must be returned. A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: If a cancellation or amendment is made to a booking within 72 hours of the move-in date, the apartment provider will charge 100% for the cancelled nights. The cancellation notice must be in writing and will come into effect from the date of receipt. There will be a maximum cancellation fee of the first 72 hours of the rental period or for the entire rental period if the booking is for less than 72 hours. Similarly, should a guest be required to depart earlier than the reserved departure date, 72 hours notice of the new departure date must be provided in order to avoid the cancellation policy. Any cancelled bookings that were processed by credit card will not be refunded the credit card service charge<br />

<p>Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation and the rent is due before or on arrival and before any extension of stay. For bookings made in advance, payment is charged at the time of booking.</p>
<p>Credit card fee: MasterCard &amp; VISA: 3.5%, American Express &amp; Diners: 4,5%. There is no fee for debit cards</p>
<p>A pre-authorization of the credit card will be taken and this will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidentals. On move out all keys must be returned. A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: If a cancellation or amendment is made to a booking within 72 hours of the move-in date, the apartment provider will charge 100% for the cancelled nights. The cancellation notice must be in writing and will come into effect from the date of receipt. There will be a maximum cancellation fee of the first 72 hours of the rental period or for the entire rental period if the booking is for less than 72 hours. Similarly, should a guest be required to depart earlier than the reserved departure date, 72 hours notice of the new departure date must be provided in order to avoid the cancellation policy. Any cancelled bookings that were processed by credit card will not be refunded the credit card service charge</p>

Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation and the rent is due before or on arrival and before any extension of stay. For bookings made in advance, payment is charged at the time of booking.</p>
<p>Credit card fee: MasterCard &amp; VISA: 3.5%, American Express &amp; Diners: 4,5%. There is no fee for debit cards</p>
<p>A pre-authorization of the credit card will be taken and this will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidentals. On move out all keys must be returned. A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: If a cancellation or amendment is made to a booking within 72 hours of the move-in date, the apartment provider will charge 100% for the cancelled nights. The cancellation notice must be in writing and will come into effect from the date of receipt. There will be a maximum cancellation fee of the first 72 hours of the rental period or for the entire rental period if the booking is for less than 72 hours. Similarly, should a guest be required to depart earlier than the reserved departure date, 72 hours notice of the new departure date must be provided in order to avoid the cancellation policy. Any cancelled bookings that were processed by credit card will not be refunded the credit card service charge</p>

<p><strong>Credit Card Policy</strong><br />
No reservations will be confirmed without the below details:<br />
- Completed confirmation including Card Type, Card number, start/end date, security number, name on card, billing address and signature<br />
- A copy of the back of the card<br />
- Form of identification if travelling from outside of the UK<br />
Without the above documentation the reservation will be released.<br />
The above documentation will be needed three (3) days after making the booking or seven (7) days prior to arrival, whichever is sooner.<br />
If the reservation arrival date is within seven (7) days of making the booking the above documentation will be required on the same day (of making the reservation).<br />
<strong><br />
Prices and Payment</strong><br />
All rates are quotes in local currency (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise on the confirmation.<br />
Full payment will be taken seven (7) days prior to arrival (on the day of booking if less than 7 days prior to arrival) if less than 28 nights.<br />
For reservations over 28 nights an invoice will be sent on a monthly basis and the initial payment of 28 days has been taken subject to credit approval. A valid credit card must be provided on booking.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation</strong><br />
All cancellations must be advised in writing<br />
Cancellation Charges<br />
- Reservations for 28 nights and more, 14 days notice to cancel. If less than 14 days notice, 7 days nights will be charged.<br />
- Reservations for 27 nights or less, 7 days notice to cancel. If less than 7 days notice, 7 nights or entire reservation (whichever is greater) will be charged.<br />
All amended reservations must be sent in writing and confirmed 14 or 7 days prior to arrival.</p>
<p>Confirmed prior to departure = £15.00 + VAT per hour up until 1pm (may be negotiable depending on availability)<br />
Unconfirmed = £30.00 + VAT per hour up until 2pm, after this time you will be charged for an additional night plus £150.00 + VAT.</p>
<p><strong>Parties and General Disturbances</strong><br />
Parties will not be tolerated at any of the apartments. The apartment provider reserve the right to ask a guest to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be issued for the accommodation charged.</p>
<p><strong>Damage to apartments</strong><br />
Guests should be aware that they are fully responsible for all damages to the apartment. Any damage to the apartment will be charged to the credit provided on the guest information form. If the credit is declined we will request an alternative form of payment. If alternative payment is not received then legal action will be taken</p>
<p><strong>Pets</strong><br />
Pets are not allowed.</p>
<p><strong>Complaints</strong><br />
Any Complaints received will be investigated fully with all parties concerned. You will receive a formal reply within seven (7) days.<br />
<strong><br />
Smoke free policy</strong><br />
All our properties are non smoking. Should anyone smoke in the apartments you will be fined £100.00 plus any additional cleaning costs.<br />
<strong><br />
Extensions/Early Departures</strong><br />
If you wish to extend a stay, the provider requires notice in writing.<br />
Please give as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request.<br />
All extensions are subject to availability and rate change.<br />
A payment for an extension will be taken at the time of notification.<br />
Early departures will need be required in writing and confirmed by 14 days notice will be required.<br />
If less than fourteen (14) days notice is given for early departure then the remaining nights will be charged, up to fourteen (14) nights in total</p>
<p><strong>General</strong><br />
All keys and fobs must be returned into the designated check-out box.<br />
Any keys or/and fobs not returned will incur a replacement charge of £100.00 per set.<br />
Any additional guests staying that are not expected at the time of the booking will result in a £75.00 per night charge.<br />
Guest will be liable for any theft or damage to the property and its contents from the time of entry to the time of departure.<br />
Guests are required to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur a minimum charge of £60.00 cleaning charge.</p>
<p><strong>Privacy Policy</strong><br />
All personal data will be processed in a secure way.<br />
The apartment provider takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.</p>
<p><strong>DISCLAIMER</strong>: Guest should be aware at the time of booking that the provider does not take responsibility for Guests’ possessions whilst they are staying in our properties. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and safety of your possessions but advise you to arrange your own insurance. This applies to items left in your apartments, in public areas and in the provider’s car parks. </p>
