Booking terms

The notice period required to avoid a charge for cancellation or early departure:
Up to 7 nights stay: 72 hours notice
8 to 30 nights stay: 7 days notice
31 – 42 nights stay: 14 days notice
43 nights+ stay: 21 days notice

Extension to Accommodation Period Booked

If you believe that you are likely to need to extend your accommodation period beyond the period originally booked and paid for, then you should notify us of this requirement as soon as possible. The apartment provider cannot guarantee any extension, but will try to accommodate guests provided they are informed by the following timescales:

Length of additional stay – notice required
Up to 7 nights: 72 hours notice
8 to 30 nights: 7 days notice
31 -42 nights: 14 days notice
43 nights+: 21 days notice

The company reserve the right to apply a different nightly, weekly or monthly rental rate to any extension to the accommodation period, as per Terms & Conditions of Business.

Booking Terms

Credit card information is required to make a reservation

Cancellation prior to arrival: notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.

Deposit & Damages: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented & photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure

Booking terms

Credit card details are required to secure an apartment. If an apartment is booked on a special advance purchase rate, the full payment is due at the time of booking. Otherwise, payment is due as follows:

1-29 nights – payment is charged at the time of check-in
30-89 nights – 1 week is charged at the time of booking and the remaing upon check-in
90+ nights – 1 month is charged at the time of booking and the remaining upon check-in

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings of up to 29 nights must be cancelled by 2pm 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will be charged for the first night plus VAT (tax)

Bookings of 30 – 89 nights must be cancelled by 2pm 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will be charged for the first week plus tax

Bookings of 90 nights or more must be cancelled by 2pm 4 weeks prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation, no show, or date change after this point will be charged for the first 4 weeks plus tax

When a booking is made more than 35 days prior to the arrival date, an initial payment of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Where an initial payment has been made the final payment of 75% is due to be paid 28 days before arrival. If the provider do not receive full payment by this time, the booking may be cancelled and the initial payment forfeited. You may also be liable for the balance of the total rent and for any other costs involved in the attempt to re-let the accommodation.

Methods of Payment: Payment must be made to Us in UK Pounds Sterling and must be clear of all bank charges, exchange rate variations, and any other deductions. The provider accept the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Access, MasterCard, Diners or AMEX, Switch, Delta. A 2% surcharge will be made on all Credit Card and non-UK Debit Card payments and a 4% surcharge on all AMEX and Diners Card payments. There is no surcharge for UK Debit Cards

Cancellation Policy:
2 weeks notice before arrival – no charge
Less than 2 weeks before arrival the full rent will be charged

Booking terms

No deposit is required. Credit card details will be kept on file and the rent is charged 24-hour prior to arrival. Guest will be charged full rent in case of non-arrivals without prior cancellation. No refund is given for non-arrivals. An imprint will be taken of the credit card to cover for incidental costs and any damage in the apartment. Cancellation policy: notification of cancellation in writing must be received within a minimum 28 days before the actual date of arrival, in which case there is no cancellation charge. If the apartment is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for the entire rent, unless the apartment is re-let

Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. For Amex and Diners there is a surcharge of 3% of the rent. VISA & MasterCard the fee is 1.5%. There is no fee for debit cards or Maestro. The rent is charged at the time of booking.

Guests should be aware that they are repsonsible to pay for any damages and breakage in the apartment

Cancellation Policy:
Stays of less than 7 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to 12 noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee charge equivalent to the total rent

Stays 7 to 27 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of 7 nights rent

Stays of 28 nights+ must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of 7 nights rent
