Booking terms
Credit card details are required to make a reservation. £100 deposit will be charged at the time of booking. For all payments by credit card there is a charge of 3.5%, for American Express it is 6%. Diners card is not accepted. For debit cards there is no charge.
Cancellation policy: if the apartment is cancelled prior to 2 weeks of arrival, the rent will be refunded minus a administration fee of £50. This can be used as credit towards any future booking made by the same customer within 6 months of the cancellation, according to availability. Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the arrival date are non-refundable.
