Booking terms

All serviced apartments providers require credit card details in order to guarantee an apartment and payment is due before or at the time of check-in

Deposit
1-13 nights stay: credit or debit card required for authorization
14-90 nights stay: £250 payment will be required on arrival
91+ nights stay: £500 will be required on arrival
Refund will be made within 1 week after departure if telephone bill have been paid and there is no damage to the apartment

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings 1-13 nights: until 12 noon on the day of arrival – no charge
Bookings 14-90 nights: 8 days prior to arrival – no charge. 7 days and less to arrival – 7 nights cancellation fee
Bookings 91+ nights: 15 days prior to arrival – no charge. 14 days and less to arrival – 14 nights cancellation fee

Extension of bookings: on request and subject to availability

The Management of the apartments reserves the right to a minimum length of stay on any apartments at any time. For Group bookings separate Terms & Conditions apply
