Credit card details are required to make a reservation.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Reservations between 1 – 7 nights (subject to availability) will have to be cancelled by the guest 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 nights accommodation.
Reservations of 7-28 nights should be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 7 nights’ accommodation.
Reservations of 28 + nights or more should be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 7 nights’ accommodation.
The cancellation charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Reservations between 1-7 nights, the full amount will be charged at the time of the booking.
Reservations made for 28+nights, a deposit of 50% of accommodation amount is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance will be payable prior to arrival.
The provider accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro UK, Maestro Inernational, AMEX and JCB. For guests who wish to pay via bank transfer the full payment is required prior to arrival.
DAMAGE LIABILITY:
For all bookings of more than 1 week stay, a £300 security deposit will be charged on the day of arrival to cover for any damage or loss caused whilst in the apartment. Guests are liable for the cost (s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of negligence with any part of the building or contents therein. The amount will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out if there is no charge.
