Booking terms

Credit card information is required to secure a reservation, no matter which method of payment is selected. Provision of credit card details are essential to secure any liability in respect of supplementary services, such as telephone calls or other services. Rent will be charged at the time of booking subject to a fee of 2%. For American Express the fee is 2.95%. For international bank transfers there is a service charge of £15.

Cancellation:
For stays of 1-6 nights – notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the full cost of the booking.

For stays of 7-27 nights – notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 7 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 7 nights.

For stays of 28+ nights – notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.

Early Departure:
For stays of 1-6 nights, the full cost of the booking will apply irrespective of the guests early departure. For stays of 7+ nights, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 14 days prior to the guest’s new departure date.

Please note: you may be subject to an increased price should your final length of stay be shorter than the original booking period.

Extensions:
If your initial booking is for 28 nights or less, all requests for extensions will be subject to availability. For all other lengths of stay, 14 days notice is required to guarantee an extension to a current stay. Extensions requested less than 14 days in advance are subject to availability.

Damages:
While the provider does not charge a deposit, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be let due to damages, the company also reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented & photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure.
