Booking terms

Payment

* All credit cards are accepted
* A deposit of one week’s rent is required to secure the booking with the balance of the full rent payable on arrival. (A provisional reservation before payment is received cannot be guaranteed as a final and confirmed booking).
* The amount of deposit varies in relation to the type of apartment.
* Payments are accepted in cash, travellers cheques, bankers draft and Visa / Access cards, A 3.5% surcharge will be made on credit card payments.
* The deposit to be refunded at time of departure. (Minus Telephone Bills, Major Damages)

Cancellation

* In the event of a cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is received within 28 days prior to your arrival.
* If the cancellation is within 28 days, the refund is subject to the apartment being re-let.

Times to Arrival

* Tenancy commences at 12 Noon and ends at 11am.
* Apartments will be released due to non arrival after 24 hours.
* Early arrivals and departures must be notified.

Micellaneous

* Guests who do not stay for the full duration of their booking will be charged for the full duration unless the apartment can be re-let.
* There are no guarantees that the reservation can be extended as this is conditional wholly on availability.
* Prior to arrival an inventory of furniture and equipment will be prepared and upon departure a charge will be made for any damages or breakages.
* The management reserves the right to gain access to the apartment (with adequate notice to the guest}.
* Guests are advised to insure their belongings as management cannot be held responsible for toss or damage.
* The management reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation of a similar category.
* An additional charge will be made on departure if damages have been incurred ie. carpet, upholstery or decor cleaning.
* Any complaints received after departure cannot be dealt with
