Booking terms
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of credit card details. Diners card is not accepted. An advance payment of 1 week rent or full payment if less than a week is required, at least 3 weeks prior to arrival date. The outstanding balance is payable on arrival. Firm dates of arrival and departure must be stated. Every endeavour will be made to accommodate guests wishing to extend their stay but no guarantee can be given.
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy is that if notice of cancellation is received 3 weeks before commencement of stay, the deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of 15% of total rental. Where less than 3 weeks notice is given, no refund will be made, unless the accommodation can be re-let
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Apartments must be vacated by midday on day of departure. Late check out is only by arrangement. Arrivals before 9 am and after 6 pm must be arranged in advance. Apartments are not generally available for occupation until 2 pm. If you anticipate arriving early morning and prefer immediate access to your apartment, we suggest you book from the day prior to your arrival. Luggage can be left with reception.
BREAKAGES
An inventory will be made on the morning of the departure, and any damages or breakages will be charged to the occupier.
TELEPHONES
Local calls are charged at a rate of 0.80p per minute plus vat. International calls & calls to mobiles vary in price. Guests are asked to visit reception upon departure to settle their phone bills. Early morning departures are to visit reception the day before departure.
The Management reserve the right to vary the Terms & Conditions without prior notice in exceptional circumstances
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: the building does NOT have a 24-hour reception. For guests checking in after 8pm an airport transfer is required at an additional cost and the chauffer will bring the keys for the apartment to the airport.
Flight details – flight number, name of airline, time of arrival and airport of arrival are required for all bookings. The company will also need a mobile number to contact guests to check if they are delayed.
For guests arriving by overland transport a mobile number is required.
