Booking terms
Deposit:
1 night deposit will be charged 14 days prior to arrival for bookings up to 1 week. For stays more than 1 week, an additional night is charged for each additional week or part of a week.
Cancellation Policy:
1-7 nights: 72 hours prior to arrival or 1 night rent will be charged
7 nights+: depending on lenght of stay. We will advice you are the time of enquiry
Credit Cards:
Credit card details are required to guarantee a booking and all major cards are accepted.
Payment:
Stays of 2 weeks or more will require payment on a weekly basis and the final paid in full on departure. Cheques will only be accepted to the amount the credit card is guaranteed for. Special Terms & Conditions apply to bookings of more than one apartment
