Booking terms
The minimum stay is 90 days. Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation
Payments: 1 month deposit + 1 month rental is due by the time of booking confirmation. At the time of arrival, 1 more month is charged and at the end of the first month, the remaining rental (or the following month) is charged (if reservations are longer than 3 months the rent will be charged every 30 days) The deposit is kept until the date of departure and is refunded back to the guest in full if no damages or charges has been applied.
Cancellation policy: 30 days
