They are bright, exceptionally spacious, designed to a high standard and many have balconies. The American School in St. John’s Wood is close by and just a few stops by tube will take you to Edgware Road and Oxford Street in the West End

The Premium Tariff rates are inclusive of maid service Monday to Friday and complimentary access to Health Club with gym, pool, sauna, stream room and beauty treatment rooms
The Standard Tariff rates are inclusive of weekly maid service. The prices apply for stays until 30 June and between 15 September and 1 December.

The minimum stay between 15 June and 15 September is 2 weeks. The majority of the Deluxe and Super Deluxe apartments have an extra pull down bed in the living area to accommodate an extra guest. Please let us know at the time of your enquiry if you require an apartment with a pull down bed. I most of the other apartments a fold away bed can be provided for £15 per night. A baby cot or high chair are provided on request for £10 per night. Welcome pack for stays of less than 21 nights can be ordered for £20. The extra charges are plus 17.5% VAT (tax)

All reservations must be confirmed by credit card and advance payment is required for all bookings. A deposit of minimum 2 night’s accommodation will be held against telephone charges and/or breakages

Less than 72 hours – 1 night charge for bookings of 1-3 nights
Less than 72 hours – 2 nights charge for bookings of 4-6 nights
