The rates for Olympics 2012 is valid between 26 July and 12 August. The minimum stay during the event is 1 week. 20% of the rent will be charged at the time of reservation and the remaining is due 8 months prior to arrival. Deposits are non refundable and the reservations non amendable.

Booking terms
Resrvations & deposit:
To guarantee a reservation credit card details are required. Reservations of less than 1 week, full pre-payment will be charged. For reservations of 1 week or longer, 1 week rental is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance due for the period of the booking is to be paid imminently on arrival. All deposits are due 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. Please note that guests are responsible for all damages and breakages.
Cancellation:
If notice of cancellation is received within 14 days (low season reservations) or 6 weeks (high season) prior to arrival a full refund in given. However, where less than these deadlines are met, no refund will be made unless the apartment is re-let.
Telephone charges:
On arrival an imprint a credit card will be taken to cover for telephone charges. Each apartment has it own direct telephone line
