National and local telephone calls are free of charge. An extra bed can be provided on request for £10 per day in the 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. A baby cot for infants up to 18 months is £5 per day

For bookings during The Olympics, 50% charge will be taken as deposit and is non-refundable. The remaining rent is charged in February 2012

Booking terms

Credit card details are required to made a reservation. The rent will be charged by the provider 2 weeks prior to arrival during low season and 1 months for stays of during high season. A deposit of 2 nights rent is charged for 1 week stay and 1 week deposit taken for stays of 2 weeks or more. This is done at the time of confirmation. To confirm the booking a signed contract is required. A £20 administration fee will be charged for amendment made once the booking has been confirmed.

Visitors are responsible for damages in the apartment and shall pay the provider on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such charge. Loss or damage to keys will result in a £240 charge.

Any additional incidental charges will charged on departure. For all stays, unless prior credit arrangements have been made, pre-authorization of £25 per day will be made for any incidentials. Pre-authorizations are automatically released upon departure, less than incidental cost or damages to the apartment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation can be made without charges until 4 weeks prior to arrival in high season (May to September) and 2 weeks prior in low season (October to April). Otherwise the full rent will be charged.

Other: please note that both studio apartments are located on the lower ground floor of the building. Both have a separate entrance and thus does not have lift acceess. There will be an information book in all apartments with details about the surrounding area, useful telephone numbers, health & safety
