Booking terms
Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Switch/Maestro cards are accepted. A 3% card fee apply for all cards
Deposit:
A deposit is not required. However, guests may be asked for an imprint of their credit card on arrival to cover incidental expenses and damages. If a payment for the full stay has not been made in advance, 4 weeks rent will be charged as a deposit
Extensions of stay:
If an option to extend is required, the following notice period applies:
Stays 1-7 nights, 72 hours notice is required prior to booked departure date
Stays 7 nights+, 1 week notice is required prior to booked departure date
Cancellation Policy:
14 days notice prior to arrival is required to cancel a booking. Cancellations less than 14 days, these cancellation fees will be charged
1-3 nights stay – 1 night
4-6 nights stay – 2 nights
7+ nights stay – 3 nights
28 nights+ stay – 7 nights
Group bookings of 5 apartments that are cancelled within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee
Any bookings made under a promotional code or non-refundable rates, incur a 100% cancellation fee
