Booking terms
Rental Documents:
A Tenancy Agreement is required to be completed, signed and witnessed by both parties prior to the tenancy beginning
Rental Payment:
For bookings of up to 3 months: rental to be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings of 3 months plus: initial thirteen weeks (three months) rental is required to be paid in advance, 2 to 4 weeks prior of the commencement of the tenancy.
Deposit Payment:
For bookings of up to 3 months: a deposit equivalent to the value of £1750 per bedroom is required prior to arrival.
For bookings of 3 months plus: a deposit equivalent to four weeks rental is required prior to arrival.
The deposit is returned after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guest’s stay.
Methods of Payment:
Preferred method of payment is by CHAPS or BACS transfers, or cheque. Deposits can be paid by credit card. Credit Cards can be accepted for payment of sundries (Amex, Diners, Visa, MasterCard)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing:
28 or more days notice prior to arrival – deposit fully refunded
14 – 28 days notice prior to arrival – deposit non refundable
7 days notice prior to arrival – deposit non refundable + 50% rent for retained incidental payment
Guests will be sent an invoice of incidental charges on a monthly basis.
