Booking terms
Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. A security deposit of either £10 per day (up to maximum of £500) or £250 depending on which is greater is required for each booking. The deposit will normally be taken on arrival but if a customer is arriving outside of reception hours then this will be taken prior to arrival
Olympics London 2012 – for bookings which are within 23 July and 17 August, rent is due 3 months in advance and is non-refundable
