Booking terms
Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. The minimum stay is 3 months, subject to a Tenancy Agreement.
Deposit: It is agreed that the Tenant shall deposit with the Landlord, a credit card to be held against the correct fulfilment of the contract.
Cancellation Policy: cancellation must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation fee, which is equivalent of 2 weeks rent. In case of non-arrivals, 2 weeks rent will be charged
