Booking terms
Rental documents:
Stays up to 90 days – Temporary Accommodation Licence to be signed. Stays over 90 days – Tenancy Agreement to be signed. Rental Payment Bookings less than 90 days – full payment prior to arrival. Bookings over 90 days – Initial 13 weeks rental due 4 weeks in advance, however bookings with short notice a minimum of 7 nights prior to arrival. Deposit Payment Bookings over 90 days – Deposit is banked and equivalent to 4 weeks rental – negotiable when this is provided however normally at same time rental monies is due as this is banked
Bookings less than 90 days deposit due will be equal to £500 per bedroom. Refundable at the end of the stay. Dilapidation charges to be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to the client
Methods of Payment:
Preferred method of payment is by CHAPS or BACS transfer, or Cheque for stays over 90 days. Deposits can be paid by credit card. Credit Cards can be accepted for payment of rental (up to 90 days), sundries (Amex, Diners, Visa, MasterCard)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing 28 or more days notice prior to arrival – monies fully refunded. 14 – 28 days notice prior to arrival – 50% of deposit non-refundable. Balance of monies refunded in full. 14 days notice prior to arrival – deposit non refundable. Balance of monies refunded in full.
Incidental Payment:
Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges on a monthly basis.
Check in time: 12:00 pm or 5.00 pm. If an early arrival is required, the apartment must be booked from the night before.
