Booking terms
Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. The apartment provider accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex and charge a fee of 3.5%. For debit cards the fee is £1. A deposit of £200 is required and will be refunded 4 weeks after departure minus outstanding telephone calls and if there is no damage to the apartment. For bookings that are cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival the full rent is due and will only be refunded if the apartment is re-let.
A deposit of £300 will be taken from the card at the time of booking and the full rent is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
