Booking terms

No deposit is required. Credit card details will be kept on file and the rent is charged 24-hour prior to arrival. Guest will be charged full rent in case of non-arrivals without prior cancellation. No refund is given for non-arrivals. An imprint will be taken of the credit card to cover for incidental costs and any damage in the apartment. Cancellation policy: We must receive notification of cancellation in writing minimum 28 days before the actual date of arrival, in which case there is no cancellation charge. If the apartment is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for the entire rent, unless the apartment is re-let
