Booking terms

Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation and the rent is due before or on arrival and before any extension of stay. For bookings made in advance, payment is charged at the time of booking.

Credit card fee: MasterCard & VISA: 3.5%, American Express & Diners: 4,5%. There is no fee for debit cards

A pre-authorization of the credit card will be taken and this will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidentals. On move out all keys must be returned. A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation or amendment is made to a booking within 72 hours of the move-in date, the apartment provider will charge 100% for the cancelled nights. The cancellation notice must be in writing and will come into effect from the date of receipt. There will be a maximum cancellation fee of the first 72 hours of the rental period or for the entire rental period if the booking is for less than 72 hours. Similarly, should a guest be required to depart earlier than the reserved departure date, 72 hours notice of the new departure date must be provided in order to avoid the cancellation policy. Any cancelled bookings that were processed by credit card will not be refunded the credit card service charge
