Additional Linen Changes = £8.00 per change per apartment
Additional Towel Changes = £8.00 per change per apartment
Additional Maid Services = £48.00 per clean per apartment

Booking terms
To book an apartment the provider require credit card details and full payment will be taken 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
Stays 1-7 nights – 7 days notice prior to arrival
Stays 7-28 nights – 14 days notice prior to arrival
Stays 28+ nights – 28 days notice prior to arrival
All No shows are subject to 100% charge of original booking value.
Deposit: £250 including VAT is charged 7 days prior to the arrival to cover against damage to the apartment or its contents. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days at the end of rental period provided there are no claims. However, the amount does not limit any subsequent claim for loss or damages by the provider against the guest
