Booking Terms
For bookings up to 3 months:
Temporary Licence Agreement to be completed and signed by Landlord and Client
Invoice to be paid in full prior to arrival
Deposit to be paid to the value of £500 which is refundable at the end of stay
Dilipidations to be decucted from the deposit and the balance returned to the client
Payment can be made by Chaps or BACS transfer and by Amex, Diners, Visa and MasterCard
