Booking terms

The minimum stay in these apartments are 3 months, subject to a tenancy agreement.

Deposit: a deposit of 4 weeks rent is required which will be refunded within 15 working days after departure.

In addition to the deposit, the apartment provider require pre-payment comprising 4 weeks rent inclusive of VAT. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days and can be paid by credit card, cash, cheque or via bank transfer. Bank details will be confirmed on each pro-forma invoice issued.

Cancellation Policy: if a confirmed booking is cancelled at least 28 days prior to arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge. Reservations cancelled between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival, 1 week rent will be charged. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days, 3 weeks rent will be charged in high season 1 June to 30 September. 2 weeks rent will be charged in low season 1 October to 31 May.
