In July & August 2012 the minimum stay is 2 weeks. 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking which is non-refundable and the remaining rent is due 4 weeks prior to arrival

Credit card details are required to make a reservation. A non-refundable amount of £350 is charged 21 days before arrival or at the time of booking if less than 21 days. The balance is charge at the time of arrival
