Booking terms
Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. For Amex and Diners there is a surcharge of 3% of the rent. VISA & MasterCard the fee is 1%. There is no fee for debit cards or Maestro. Rent will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival. For arrivals within 2 weeks, payment will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within this period will result in a charge up to a maximum of 7 nights accommodation.
