Booking terms
Credit card details are required to make a reservation. £100 deposit will be charged at the time of booking. For all payments by credit card there is a charge of 3.5%, American Express 6%, debit card – no charges. Diners card is not accepted.
Cancellation policy: 2 weeks prior to arrival the rent will be refunded minus a administration fee of £50. This can be used as credit towards any future booking made by the same customer within six months of the cancellation, according to availability. Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the arrival date are non-refundable.
