Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation.
Deposit: a deposti of 33% of the total cost of your accommodation is required to secure the booking
Credit Card Charges: Payment will be taken in full, in advance, unless monthly payment as indicated below is agreed. There is a 2.8% surcharge for any credit card transactions. There is no surcharge for a debit card.
Payment: The balance of charges are required on arrival. Weekly and monthly payments can be arranged for long stay guests once agreed in writing by the Manager.
Option to extend is subject to availability. We recommend for extensions of 1 to 3 nights that 2 days’ notice is given, and for stays exceeding 3 nights we recommend 7 days’ notice is given.
