Booking terms
Credit card details are required to guarantee an apartment. One night’s rent will be charged at the time of booking and refunded if the apartment is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival for bookings 1-13 nights. For longer bookings, see Cancellation Policy. The remaining rent will be charged at the 24-hour Reception on arrival
Deposit
1-13 nights stay: credit or debit card required for authorization
14-90 nights stay: £250 payment will be required on arrival
91+ nights stay: £500 will be required on arrival
Refund will be made within 1 week after departure if telephone bill have been paid and there is no damage to the apartment
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings 1-13 nights: 48 hours prior to arrival – no charge
Bookings 14-90 nights: 8 days prior to arrival – no charge. 7 days and less to arrival – 7 nights cancellation fee
Bookings 91+ nights: 15 days prior to arrival – no charge. 14 days and less to arrival – 14 nights cancellation fee
Extension of bookings: on request and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy during Olympics London 2012 and Paralympics 26 July – 12 August 2012
50% of the total value of the booking will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel your booking it must be done 30 days prior to arrival. After this date the full amount will be debited from your card and will not be refunded. Please note that the rates may be subject to change
