Booking terms
All serviced apartments providers require credit card details in order to guarantee the apartment. They accepts VISA and MasterCard only and debit & credit cards are subject to a 3% fee. A deposit of £100 will be charged at the time of booking for stays less than 4 weeks. For stays more than 4 weeks, the deposit is 7 nights rent. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the rent at the time of arrival
Cancellation notice
Specified below are the maximum penalties incurred in case of a cancellation. If circumstances allow a lower charge then it will be at the management discretion
Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 5 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: £100
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total stay
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay
