Terms & Conditions

Payment by a secure link online is due at the time of booking or by bank transfer for amounts over £5000. Name and address of the main guest are required and a tenancy agreement with Terms & Conditions is issued for signature online.

Security/Damage deposit: £500 deposit is due at the time of booking, which will be refunded after departure if there are no breakage/damages.

Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within this period will be charged for the full stay or maximum 30 nights. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Check-in: the property has self-check-in with access codes to the building and apartments. For security reasons they change on a regular basis and will therefore only be issued a few days before arrival.

Note: the apartments have a strict no party policy and parties are not permitted. Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 11 pm. They are also non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found, a fine will be charged to cover for special cleaning.
