Payment:
Credit or debit card details are required to secure an apartment. A deposit equal to 1 weeks rent is due to secure a booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a photo copy ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival will be refunded in full. If less than 28 days notice is given, then any deposit is subject to the apartment being re-let

Deposit:
1 week refundable deposit will be charged to cover for damages, outstanding bills for telephone usage and concierge services – if any.

Extension Policy:
14 days notice is required to extend a booking, however it is subject to availability. An alternative may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or part of the extension period.
