Booking Terms

Credit card information is required to make a reservation and the rent is charged at the time of booking

Cancellation prior to arrival:
1-6 nights – 72 hours prior to arrival
7-27 nights – 7 days prior to arrival
28 nights+ – 14 days prior to arrival

Deposit & Damages: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented & photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure
