For guests staying 1-6 nights daily maid service (light tidy) is provided. For guests staying 7 nights plus, maid service is twice per week. Linen is provided twice weekly Monday to Sunday. Tea, coffee and milk are in the fridge on arrival and a welcome hamper can be ordered at extra cost

The minimum stay for 2 and 3-bedroom apartments is 2 weeks. Shorter stays are on request, depending on availability. Many apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. However, these are normally allocated to guests staying for 1 month+. Other apartments have a microwave and 2 plated hob or microwave, a kettle, toaster and fridge. Please let us know your requirement at the time of enquiry

Rates

Note: the rates are inclusive of a £13.20 per bedroom service charge which also includes VAT (tax). VAT on the actual rent is not applicable

The rates are “From” and may be higher during high season and major events

Additional chargeable services: laundry & dry cleaning service, car & limousine hire, mobile phone hire and theatre ticket booking. Extra bed is available on request @ £50 per night inclusive of VAT

Broadband Internet charges: £5 per day, £25 per week and £60 per month – inclusive of VAT

Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy

1-14 nights
Personal or company credit card details are required to make a reservation. A registration card is to be signed on arrival and guests are required to give a credit or debit card for authorization. If the guest is settling their own account, payment is due on departure. Payment terms by companies depend on its credit facilities. Some promotional rates require non-refundable payment at the time of booking. In-house credit limit for extras is £2000. If a bill reaches this limit, the balance will need to be paid punctually

Cancellation Policy: until 12 Noon on the day of arrival – no charge. After 12 Noon on the day of arrival 1 night’s charge

Dilapidation deposit: not applicable

Extensions of bookings: on request basis and subject to availability. Minimum length of stay: the provider reserves the right to implement a minimum length of stay on any particular room type at any given point throughout the year.

Kitchens: They will provide a variety of kitchen types. Priority allocation (not guaranteed) will be given based on the length of stay

15-28 nights
Written confirmation (payment within 2 days)

Registration card and Tenancy Agreement is to be signed before arrival. On arrival, all guests are required to give a credit or debit card for authorisation

7 days pre-payment (non refundable) 10 days prior to arrival or bill back to company if credit facilities are available. Balance payable on arrival. Company payment (without credit) must be paid on presentation of pro-forma invoice

In-house credit limit for extras is £2000. If a bill reaches this limit, the balance will need to be paid punctually

Cancellation Policy: 10 days prior to arrival – no charge. 9 days or less – 7 nights cancellation fee

Dilapidation deposit: £250 payment per apartment will be required on arrival. Refund within 1 week after departure if there is no damage to the apartment; unless a latter of guarantee has been signed

Extensions of bookings: on request basis and subject to availability.

Minimum length of stay: the provider reserves the right to implement a minimum length of stay on any particular room type at any given point throughout the year.
