Note: Apartments 3,5,8,9,12,15,16,17,18,19,20 and 22 have 2 bathrooms. The others have 1 bathroom

Broadband Internet is charged £15 per 4 weeks, which is a minimum fee. Outgoing telephone calls are for guests to use by purchasing their own calling cards. Double sofabed where available is £100 per week. Extra single bed where available is £60 per week. Baby cot (on request) is £50 per week. The prices for studios and 1-bedroom apartments are the same

Booking terms

Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. All major cards are accepted, except Diners and American Express. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival date. 3% card fee applies for rent and deposits

Deposit: 20% of the rent

Advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable for all cancellations
• Cancellation more than 31 days before your arrival: 20% deposit is payable/non-refundable and any remaining monies paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before your arrival: 50% of the balance is non-refundable and any remaining monies paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before your arrival: The full balance is retained and no monies refunded.

Bank transfer: if visitors want to pay by bank transfer, please add £20.00 to cover bank charges.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and payment of either the full balance or a 20% non-refundable deposit, depending on how close to arrival the booking is made

Keys available 24 hours per day (after 2pm check-in time) at nearby office close to British Museum and full details regarding key collection are provided at time of booking.

The majority of apartments have a telephone line which calls may be received, but in order to dial out, a pre-paid telephone card is required. This can be purchased from most local newsagents.

Wireless internet access is available upon request for a supplementary cost of £15.00 per device, or £3.00 per week if staying for longer than one month. Access can only be provided if a wireless network registration form is correctly completed and the relevant fee paid. The apartment provider aim to process your registration within one working day of the time of payment and receipt of completed form

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Minimum stay: 5 nights

Payment: full payment (i.e. Balance less deposit already paid if applicable) must be received 90 days prior to commencement of the booking. If payment is not received by our provider the due date, they reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately upon notice.

For bookings made less than 21 days prior to arrival, payment can only be made by card or bank transfer. Payments will be automatically taken using credit card provided.

Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, and Maestro). Please note there will be a 3% bank surcharge that will be added onto all card transactions. American Express and Diners cards are not accepted. Bank cheques are only accepted if provided more than 21 days prior to arrival date. By bank transfer, we will give the provider’s details at the time of booking. Please add £20 to cover bank charges and quote the booking reference number. To register your booking paid via bank, the provider requires a copy of the transfer sent to them directly by fax.

General: should the provider need to change the booking, alternative accommodation will be offered or a full refund given. They cannot take responsibility for loss of any luggage, valuables or for injury sustained during your stay, whether in an apartment provided or whilst you are out. Therefore travel insurance is strongly recommend

Force majeure: the provider shall not be liable to any person by reason of any delay or failure to perform any obligations due to any circumstances beyond their control.

Amendments: any amendments requested by the client cannot be guaranteed by the provider if there is no availability as per the amendment request. £30.00 charge applies for all amendments.

Cancellation: all requests for cancellation must be made in writing and will take effect from the date the provider receive the notification. Advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Cancellation less than 90 days before your arrival will not be subject to any refund.

Damage & lost keys: the provider requires a £300 damage deposit for each booking either in cash, cleared funds or credit/debit card. If taken by cash or cleared funds, your deposit will be returned to you within 14 days, if taken by card, it is only a preauthorisation on funds.

There are no charges, unless: the conditions relating to reservations, payment and cancellation are not respected. If keys are lost or unreasonable damage is caused in the apartment
