The 1-bedroom/family apartment has a double sofa bed in the living area and can therefore sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. An extra airbed can be provided in some apartments for £30 per night. High chairs and baby cots can be provided complimentary upon request

Booking terms

Payment: Credit cards details are required to secure an apartment and the rent is charged at the time of booking. American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted, but not Diners Card. Subject to agreement with the provider, it is also possible to arrange payment by invoice for corporate clients.

A passport copy or valid picture I.D. may be required upon check-in, with the same name that appears on the credit-card at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:
1-6 nights stay: 72 hours prior to arrival
7-28 nights stay: 7 days prior to arrival
29-89 night stay: 14 days prior to arrival
90-179 nights stay: 28 days prior to arrival
180 nights or longer – subject to agreement

Telephone calls: Telephone calls are charged separately. It is the guest’s responsibility to pay all telephone call charges incurred during their stay in an apartment.

Cleaning/bedding: general cleaning to the apartments Monday to Saturday. Kitchen crockery will not be cleaned by the staff since the apartments have dishwasher, soap and washing up utensils, please do use them. Bedding is changed twice a week on allocated days. Towels will be changed as needed. Please re-use your towels if you can.

The apartment is to be left in a reasonable condition on departure. If, at the provider’s discretion, additional cleaning is required, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge. This includes any crockery or kitchenware and appliances.

If an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation, guests will be obliged to pay compensation to the provider for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair. If cigarette smoke is detected, the provider reserves the right to charge £100 plus VAT (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning.

Damages to the apartment or contents caused by the guest must be paid in full by the guest. In the event of any breakages or damage discovered after the guest vacates, the provider will notify the booker/guest by e-mail within 1 week of departure, providing a detailed breakdown of the applicable charges and the cost of rectifying them. When possible, photographic evidence will also be supplied. Inventories and condition reports can be provided at the beginning and at the end of the accommodation period if required at a cost of £50 plus VAT.

Please note that all unregistered guests have to leave the premises by 11pm. Gatherings of persons over the amount of registered guests are not allowed. Noise pollution will be dealt with under The Anti-social behavior Act 2003 and the amended Noise Act 1996 and may result in a fine of up to £1000
