Booking terms
Credit card details are required in order to make a make a reservation
Payment: 20% of the rent is charged at the time of booking. The amount is non-refundable. Full rent must be received 6 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit cards (VISA, VISA, Electron, Maestro) or bank transfer. Please add £20 to cover for bank charges. Please also note that there is a 3% fee for all transactions. American Express and Diners card are not accepted
Deposit: £300 is required to cover for any damages made in the apartment
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 31 days before arrival, 20% rent is non refundable
Cancellation between 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the rent is payable
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: rent will not be subject to any refund, regardless of whether or not full payment has been received.
For long terms stays (more than 4 weeks), should a visitor wish to shorten the stay, 3 weeks notice is required in writing. If an apartment is vacated without notice the apartment provider will retain the amount corresponding to the 3 weeks.
Visitors are strongly recommended to ensure they have suitable travel insurance.
