Booking terms

Payment: Credit or debit car details are required to make a reservation.

Card fees: AMEX 3.1%, all other cards 1.8%. There is no fee for debit cards.

Credit card details will be kept on file and the rent is charged 24-hour prior to arrival. Guest will be charged full rent in case of non-arrivals without prior cancellation and no refund given. An imprint will be taken of the credit card to cover for incidental costs and any damage in the apartment.

Cancellation policy: notification of cancellation must be in writing minimum 14 days before the date of arrival, in which case there is no cancellation charge. If the apartment is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for the full rent.
