The minimum stay in the apartments below is 1 week between 16 September and 15 May. From 16 May until 15 September it is 2-3 weeks depending on availability. VAT (tax) is not applicable. They are serviced (cleaned) 3 times a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Extra cleaning can be requested with Housekeeping for an additional charge

Booking terms

Booking Terms: Credit details are required to secure an apartment. 50% of the rent is charged at the time of booking and the remaining at Reception upon check-in. An imprint will be taken of the card (but not charged) as a pre-authorisation to cover for any extras such as room service, breakfast etc. made to rooms during your stay. Guests without credit cards will be asked to present valid ID to pay accommodation charges in full plus a cash deposit to cover extras. Cash deposits will be refunded at the time of check-out, less any charges. For bookings during high season 16 May – 15 September the deposit is non-refundable

Deposit: £250 to cover for any damages which may occur during the stay

Cancellation & No-show Policy:
1-7 nights stay – 7 days notice
8-14 nights – 10 days notice
15-28 nights – 14 days notice
28 nights or more – 28 days notice

Cancellation whilst in-house applies for early departures:
7 nights stay – 3 days notice
8-14 nights – 5 days notice
15-28 nights – 10 days notice
28 nights – 14 days notice

Cancellation charge: 50% deposit is kept in the event the booking is cancelled in the cancellation period

No show charge: 50% deposit is kept in the event the booking is a no-show
