The Executive 1-bedroom apartments have: a second flat screen TV in the bedroom, Sky package including sports and movies (on the main TV in the living area), luxury robe and slippers, a super Welcome Pack including dinner, breakfast and a bottle of Prosecco (available on stays over 7 nights), Ruark digital radio (Bluetooth enabled) and complimentary use of ‘Office Package’, including printer/scanner/copier and essential stationary items set up in the suite

Payment: credit or debit card details are required to secure an apartment and payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Identity (passport, driving licence etc.) and the card used to make the booking must be provided at check in. For bookings made with special non-refundable and non-cancellable rates, payment is due at the time of booking. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Maestro cards are accepted. Payment by bank transfer, is subject to agreement with the Management.
1 – 29 nights – notice 7 days prior to arrival
30 – 89 nights – 14 days’ notice prior to arrival
90+ nights – 21 days’ notice prior to arrival
No shows will be charged for the full length of stay and is non-refundable.
Security and damage deposit: for bookings up to 7 nights £250 deposit is required. It will be refunded shortly after departure, unless there are damages and breakage in the apartment or guests have ordered additional extras. Guests should be aware that they are responsible for all damage/breakage – not limited to the deposit. Any issues relating to the condition of the accommodation must be relayed to the provider with 1 hour of arrival, otherwise guests will be held responsible for damages noted upon departure.
Non-smoking: Additional £250 will be charged if smoking has been detected in the apartment.
Arrival and Departure: check-out is before 11am. If there is a delay in vacating the apartment without the Management consent, guests will be charged for each hour the departure is delayed. Check-in before 2pm can be requested subject to availability and additional fee.
Cleaning: weekly housekeeping is included in the price. For stays 6 nights or less, there is no housekeeping service, but cleaning after departure is included. Cleaning during short stays can be requested for additional fee.
Utilities: are provided from third party companies, so the provider cannot be held responsible or liable for any issues beyond their control, including water supply, electricity, TV and Internet connection.
Wi-Fi: is complimentary and guests are required to use a reasonable share of the building’s bandwidth. Over-use of streaming will reduce the quality and speed to other guests, so the provider will restrict usage to guests who abuse the Wi-Fi.
Smartphone/handy phone: is provided free of charge for guest’s use. However, £250 replacement fee will be charged if the phone is lost, stolen or damaged.
Behaviour: the provider has a zero tolerance policy towards behaviour that is threatening, abusive or disruptive to their employees or guests. If at any point guests behave in an inappropriate manner, they reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately.
Restrictions and insurance: 18 years is the mimumum age to book an apartment. Personal belongings are not covered under the provider’s insurance, so it’s recommended to take out an insurance policy.
Pets: are accepted with prior agreement, but subject to additional fees. Cost may vary depending on the number of pets and the type of pet you wish to bring. Please contact us for a quote.
Please note: issues can arise that are beyond the provider’s control. They will only cancel or amend your booking as a last resort and will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of any changes.
Force Majeure: the provider cannot be held responsible for situations and unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including war or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or man-made disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside the suppliers’ or the third parties’ control.
Items left behind in the apartments: are kept for 3 months and can be forwarded, subject to post or transport cost. Any perishable goods will be disposed of once you’ve left the apartment
