Booking terms

Credit or debit card details are required in order to make a reservation and the rent is charged at the time of booking. For in-house guests who want to extend their stays (subject to availability), the rent is due before the next period.

Credit card fee: There is no fee for credit or debit cards

Deposit: a per-authorization of £200 (£500 for Penthouse) will be taken from the card upon arrival. This will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidental bills. On move out all keys must be returned. A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date

Cancellation Policy:
72 hours for less than 27 nights
7 days for 28-90 nights
14 days for more than 91 nights

For group bookings special cancellation terms apply, depending on season, number of guests and lenght of stay
