Booking terms

Credit or debit card details are required to guarantee a reservation.

When your reservation has been made you will be sent a link to the provider’s terms and conditions, which must be accepted to enable them to take full payment. The booking is confirmed when the the full payment has been charged to the card and the amount cleared.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £150-£250 depending on the number of guests, will be added to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment. This will be refunded in full once the apartment has been inspected and within a maximum of 14 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge. Stays of 1-14 nights cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Stays of 15 or more nights cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 14 nights’ stay.
