Booking terms

Credit or debit card details are required to make a reservation and the rent is due at the time of booking.

Credit card authorization form: if the credit/debit used to pay for the booking is not present at the point of check-in, a “Third Party Credit Card Form” must be completed and signed, in order for the card holder to approve that his/her card is being charged.

Cancellation Policy:
6 night’s duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival.
7 to 28 nights – 7 days’ notice of cancellation is required
29 to 89 nights – 14 days’ notice of cancellation is required
90 +nights – 28 days’ notice of cancellation is required

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Failure to meet these terms will result in these charges:

Cancellation charges:
Stays 1-6 nights will be charged 1 night
Stays 7-14 nights will be charged 3 nights
Stays 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights
Stays 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights
Stays 90+ nights will be charged 28 nights

Please note: The apartments are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found, a £100 fine will be charged. Hen and stag parties are not allowed and pets not permitted. Co/Acc
