Price for the 2-bedroom apartments are based on 4 guests. An extra bed can be provided on request for an extra charge. Baby cots are provided free of charge on request. The studios have a shower rooms, the others bathrooms

Terms & Conditions: once the provider has reserved the apartment they will require a completed Booking Form. The completion and return of the booking form confirms the acceptance of these terms. The rent is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, payment must be made in full immediately
Payment can be made by the following means: cheque in pounds sterling, bank transfer in pounds sterling, debit & credit cards (except American Express) please note there is a 2% surcharge on all credit card payments. The booking is non transferable. The apartment must only be occupied by the persons listed on the Booking form otherwise the contract will be null and void.
Cancellation Policy: should it be necessary to cancel your booking a full refund will be made of your deposit less £50 for administration and bank charges up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. After this date refunds will only be made if the apartment can be re-let.
Arrivals and Departures: The apartment will be ready from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the property on your day of departure by 10am failure to do so will result in you being charged for an extra day.
Limitation of Liability: the provider reserve the right in the case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. It is not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let.
Noise Nuisance/Disturbance: the provider reserve the right to have evicted from the property anyone who causes disruptive, threatening or abusive behaviour to any other residents. Full refunds will only be returned if the apartment is re-let the for the contractual rental period less £50 for administration charges.
Damages & Breakages: Any damage/breakages caused to the property during your occupation will be charged to your credit card, this also applies to any items missing from the property. In the event we take a corporate booking where credit card details are not required any damages & breakages or missing items will be charged direct to the company who placed the booking.
