During the Olympic Games 2012 the minimum stay is 5 nights. 20% deposit is due upon booking and is non-refundable. The balance rent is due 28 prior to arrival and cancellation must be received within 28 days of arrival

Additional services: shopping service, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, sightseeing, car hire and airport transfers. Facsimile and message facilities are available in the estate office

An extra bed can be provided in the 3 bedroom apartments for £25 per night inclusive of VAT. Baby cot and linen (up to 18 months) is free of charge (on request). Complimentary transfer from London Heathrow airport applies for stays of 5 nights or longer for the same number of guests staying in the apartment. From Gatwick and Stansted there is a supplement of £50 per car based on a party of 5 guests in each car

Booking terms

During London 2012 and Paralympics the minimum stay is 5 nights. 20% deposit is due upon booking and is non-refundable. The balance rent is due 28 prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is 28 days

For reservations made 28 days or more prior to commencement of stay a 20% deposit advance payment is required by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the payment. The balance is due 14 days prior to commencement. For reservations made within 14 days of the commencement of stay, full payment is required at the time of the booking

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be made on condition that it is done 14 days prior to arrival. A 3% charge will be made if the deposit was paid by American Express. In the event of a cancellation being received within 14 days prior to commencement of stay no refund will be made. Any exception to this condition will be made at the discretion of the Management. Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24 hours. No refund will be made of an early termination of a reservation except at the discretion of the apartment provider
