Booking terms

Terms & Conditions:

Payment:
Credit card details are required to secure an apartment. The rent is charged at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Guests are sent a confirmation with reservation details

Deposit: Guests are requested to provide a valid credit card upon arrival to pay for any sundry charges (i.e. telephone charges, airport transfers), damages to the property and its furnishings as well as (but not limited to), lost or stolen keys and replacement of relevant locks.

Telephone charges:
Telephone calls are charged for separately at BT rates plus 30% plus VAT. Calls to the provider is free of charge

Cleaning:
Weekly cleaning and linen change is included in the price for stays more than 7 consecutive nights. For shorter stays, cleaning after check-out is also included. Guests are required to keep the home clean, tidy and free of vaste at all times. Additonal cleaning can be provided for an additional charge. Upon depature, all personal items must be removed from the living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Food and other purchases made by guests, must also be cleared from the fridge and freezer and cupboards. The provider reserved the right to charge £300 for conducting personal cleaning after check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations less than 14 days, will be charged in full and no refund will be made. There is no refund for non-arrivals

Extension of stays:
Extension of a booking, is subject to availability and rate offered for the additional period

Travel insurance:
Guests are recommended to have travel insurance to cover for cancellation, loss of personal belongings and medical expenses. The provider is not responsible for loss or damage caused by any circumstances beyond their control (force majeure), during occupancy of an apartment

Please note:
The apartments have a stricly no party policy and parties of any kind are not permitted. Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm. The apartments are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found, a fine will be charged to cover for special cleaning. Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs may be permitted, subject to acceptance and agreement by the Management. The apartments can only be occupied as temporary accommodation by the number of people and for the dates stated in the confirmation
