Credit or debit card details are required in order to make a reservation. All major cards are accepted, except Diners and American Express. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable for all cancellations
• Cancellation more than 31 days before your arrival: 20% deposit is payable/non-refundable and any remaining monies paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before your arrival: 50% of the balance is non-refundable and any remaining monies paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before your arrival: The full balance is retained and no monies refunded.
Bank transfer: if visitors want to pay by bank transfer, please add £20.00 to cover bank charges.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and payment of either the full balance or a 20% non-refundable deposit, depending on how close to arrival the booking is made
Keys available 24 hours per day (after 2pm check-in time) at nearby office close to British Museum and full details regarding key collection are provided at time of booking.
The majority of apartments have a telephone line which calls may be received, but in order to dial out, a pre-paid telephone card is required. This can be purchased from most local newsagents.
Damage & lost keys: the provider requires a £300 damage deposit for each booking either in cash, cleared funds or credit/debit card. If taken by cash or cleared funds, your deposit will be returned on the day of departure, If taken by card, it is only a pre-authorisation on funds.
