Credit details are required in order to make a reservation.
A credit card pre-authorisation is required from the guest upon check-in – £50.00 for studios and 1-bedroom apartments and £100 for 2-bedroom apartments. Depending on the length of stay, there may be an additional deposit required. Please enquire about this deposit and the amount at the time of enquiry. All guests are required to provide a credit card on arrival. Pre-authorisation will also be taken to cover any incidentals incurred during the stay.
For stays of 1-6 nights a notice period of 48 hours prior to arrival is required to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation being levied.
For stays of 7-27 nights a notice period of 72 hours prior to arrival is required to avoid a cancellation fee of two nights accommodation being levied.
For stays of 28 nights or more require a notice period of 30 days prior to arrival is required to avoid cancellation fees associated with Long Stay Contract (issued separately).
Should the guest fail to show on the date of arrival, the above mentioned charges shall also apply, and will be considered as a cancellation.
In the event that the guest chooses to vacate the apartment earlier than booked, the guest should give 48 hours notice to avoid the above mentioned cancellation charges.
An extension of the stay is subject to availability of the required apartment
Should any guest choose to vacate their apartment earlier than the dates booked, no refund will be given.
No Shows will be subject to the above mentioned cancellation period.
