Payment: the provider accepts payments by cash, credit or debit cards and bank transfer. Please note that payments made by credit card attract a surcharge
Low season booking: a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation at the time of the booking and the full prepayment of the rental at check in at the property.
High season booking: there is a minimum 4 weeks stay policy and payment of a 1 week non-refundable is required at the time of the booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is due 30 days prior arrival or the apartment will be released
30 to 60 nights stay: 1 week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking and remaining balance on arrival
60 nights stay and over: 1 week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking and 1 month rental in advance and 1 month deposit prior to arrival or at check in, the remaining balance can be paid on a monthly basis
Group bookings of 3 or more apartments: 1 week non-refundable for each apartment reserved at the time of the booking.
Bookings 24/6-7/9-2017: 1 week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the apartment will be released
Credit Card Charges: your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival
Payments made by credit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Union Pay and 2% for ViSA. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above. Cards Accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, ViSA, Union Pay
Cancellation Policy: notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival
For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let. Once you have checked in you must give 14 days’ notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.

Smoking: the property has a no-smoking policy in line with UK legislation. This policy covers the burning/smoking of all substances in the apartments, including incense. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.
Security Deposit: at check-in a security deposit is required to cover any incidental breakages or damages that may occur during occupation. The security deposit is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and if no incidental expenses have been incurred. An authorisation is NOT DEBITED from the cardholder’s account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
