Broadband Internet is £15 plus VAT per week. Bookings of less than 1 week can only be confirmed within 4 weeks of arrival
Booking terms
Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. For Amex and Diners there is a surcharge of 3% of the rent. VISA & MasterCard the fee is 1.5%. There is no fee for debit cards or Maestro. The rent is charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:
1-6 nights – 7 days prior to arrival date – no refund
7 nights+ – 7 days prior to arrival date – 7 nights rent
Guests should be aware that they are repsonsible to pay for any damages and breakage in the apartment
